Yup! Here are a few remedies:
I have a great recipe for an all over cleanser. This is good for that special time of the month that you skin goes nuts :)
Half a tomatoe - cut tops off
Half a cucumber- leave skin on
5 strawberries- tops cut off
1 tblsp honey
1 tblsp lemon juice
Mix till it looks like a smoothie, and keep in a container. Use it as a mask after cleansing with a mild cleanser or natural soap. Let it dry, then just rinse off.
After you're done rinsing, use a dab of lemon juice on a cotton poof, and let that dry. You might feel a slight tingle, but that's fine, it won't make your skin red.
Use the mask twice a week, and zit zap after cleansing, and at night. The zit should be gone quickly.
Also don't forrget to drink lots of water, and reduce sugar consumption :)
DO NOT use toothpaste.
It may seem like it's working but it's actually just either drying it out(dry out a zit,it'll may com back later) or irritating it. This works for only SOME people but not a lot.
Anyways i know a few tips that could make it go away faster but i'm not 100% sure it'll be gone within a week. creams/Cleansers/Pads and masks have always varied from a few days(3) to a week and a half.

I also found that if you switch your cleanser it could go away faster, because your skin is pretty much immune of the current cleanser(probably use it too long)
If i don't want to break my skin I'll put a really tight bandage over it. It usually takes awhile, but the fastest it's ever worked for me was 3 days the longest was i think a week.
Almost all the time I'll pop it. I have this little tool and i squeeze all the pus out, so it will heal. So now i just normally wash my face with what i usually use. Next I'll put some stuff like green tea or homey(some kind of mask) to speed up the healing. The healing rate will depend on the size of the zit.
To prevent more form a appearing or a current one form getting bigger, stop touching your face with your hands. They could have oils, sticky stuff and **** that could clog your pores and cause acne.
Stop putting any oils you may use in your hair, in it. Especially if you have bangs. The oils could clog your pores(not all oils clog pores).
DO NOT use Hand Lotion or Body Lotion on your face. You body and hands have different pores than your face.
Theres not really anything that can do that.
I have bad acne and i use proactive but the stuff that the same thing and is cheaper is called neutrogena acne free puryifying cleanser.
If u use it at least twice a day it should go away within a week but...
If your really want a huge zit go go away heres what i do...
wash my face with the neutragena stuff about 2 or 3 times a day.
Whipe the zit off with alchohol or witch hazel...(acholhols stronger) (Not the kind u drink lol)
and then just keep your face oil free as much as possible.
Another thing you could try is drying it out...but then u have to pick the zit and then do all the stuff i said before. which i think is quicker somtimes lol.
Tip:
If its up by your head try to cover it with your hair lol
go to a grocery store and buy stridex cleaning pads and apply it at night and then put neosporin on the zit it works amazing for me! I haven't had a zit in weeks with the stridex pads.
*If you use the stridex pads every night you will rarely have a breakout. That is the case for me
I don't know if there's anything that will make it disappear in less than a week, unless you get laser treatment. But, I use witch hazel every night, and my face looks clearer within a week.
add some salt in mustard oil then rub your teeth with that. you will see the difference in one doing. do for a week, all zits will vanish away!
put toothpaste on it every night it will dry it up and it will go away in a few days * works for me *
toothpaste. or get one of the stronger creams in tubes from pharmacys.
