How do I get rid of those zits on my head?

I don't want to spend any money on creams that don't work!I want somthing that works over night!Toothpaste is not that good for MY skin.I need somthing that is really easy!How do I get rid of those zits on my head?
Clean your face daily, they more than likely will not go away right away. I use astringent and ZapZyt. That worked wonders on my on my nose pimple. It was a huge painful thing.How do I get rid of those zits on my head?
