How do you get rid of deep zits?

Okay, so I have one of those really big, really deep zits, and I would like to get rid of it as soon as possible since it's really painful as well. Anyone know any good tips? A friend of mine mentioned takinga needle and popping it and then cleaning it out, but I really don't want a nose piercing if I can avoid it. So, anyone know anything that might help? thats what i would do with the needle just dont go too far as you had mentioned that you dont want a nose piercing but thats what my dad had told me years ago to help and thats what did it so sorry i couldnt tell you anything else but thats what i know to work as well good luck and when you go to the dermatologist ask to be put on a medication like minocycline to help with under the skin pimples that will help a lotHow do you get rid of deep zits?
this is what I do:


take a piece of breadand soak itin milk. Than press against zit for 7 minutes. Than put hhot water over it for 1 min and then splash on coolwater, repeat the hot and cold water thing for 5 times. Than apply rubbing alchohal on it several times for the rest of the day. Yur will see the zit is peely the next day. Peel off the dead skin. you might see an enlarged red pore. Dont worry, this will heal in a few days. And I have sensitive skin and it worked for me.

You look like you would have cystic acne. These can scar, so I would recomend going on Accutane if you've tried everything else and nothing has worked.
How about using proactive or going to a dermatologists...maybe they'll help, i know when i had pimples(not zits)i wanted them to go away so i just went to a dermatologists and he cleared all of that up.
