How can you get rid of zits?

I'm thirteen and i just broke out so if anyone has any zit cremes, home remedies etc that WORKS, then please tell me.

I have generally oily skin and I wash my face everyday. How can you get rid of zits?
well start by making sure you wash your face

at least when you wake up and before you go to bed.

make sure your pillowcases are nice and clean too.

and try not to wear make-up as much as you can!!!

and i have these sheets for your face,

clean and clear oil blotting sheets, theyre awesome.

just use one whenever your face starts getting a little oily,

or if you cant wash your face sometime.

and when i started breaking out,

i bought this stuff its called clean and Clear Persa-Gel 10,

its awesomeee.

it comes in a little tube and its just cream you put it on after every time you wash your face.

and these things are inexpensive too,

like 5-7 dollars at walgreens or target or whatever. good luck :)How can you get rid of zits?
The tricky part about acne is that the problem can actually become worse if you overmedicate. That's because acne medication can overdry the skin, causing a boost in your skin's Sebum (oil) production. This results in...you guessed it - more acne.

So what's the long term solution? Find gentler solutions or even natural acne cures that won't shock your body into more breakouts. Here's what I recommend:

- Use a glycerin based facewash. Glycerin is gentler and will balance the ph levels in your skin.

- For body acne, try using an antibacterial soap to slowly dry out the skin. If your skin gets too dry, switch to a moisterizing soap like Dove to counterbalance the effect.

- Wash your face only 2 times a day max and gently pat dry with a towel.

- Use a gentle face moisterizer if the glycerin based face wash drys you out too much.

- Eat almonds, fiber, drink lots of water and avoid excess sugar intake.

- If acne medication isn't working or causing new breakouts, try applying egg whites to the pimples at night before bed. This natural remedy works great.

- One of my favorite natural skin conditioners is wearing an ';oatmeal mask';. The oatmeal with smooth your skin while simultaneously absorb toxins and oils from your pores.

- Lemon juice also dries up pimples and kills any bacteria in the infection.

ok i break out all the time on my chin from playing the flute but anyways the fastest way and cheapest way is by toothpaste. it got rid of mine in 2 days. it dryes up the pimple and clears it up just put it on ur face and don't wipe it off just go to sleep and in the morning wash ur face and it should be clearer and it also helps get rid of the redness. i hope it works for you it works for my friends too!
I have a son who is 13 and breaks out in the nose and chin area all the time. He uses acne treatment, but I can suggest this. ';Proactive'; You have to be consistent with this or it will work only when you use it not all the time. Another thing is if you like to drink cokes , juice or eat like typical teenager . Hydrate you body with water and flush your system. the toxins in your body have alot to do wwith what's released through your skin. So if you are not really suree about something a adult would try than flush your system with water. I bet it will help. It has helped him and he doesn't use the proactive but maybe once or twice a day.
Just add some sabila (aloe vera the plant not the stuff you get at a drug store!!) to your face just rub the slimmy stuff on your face like a mask every night for like 30 min or till dry and you'll see a difference in your skin. You can get this plant at like The Home Depo....buy a cupple cuz you'll need them. And also use St. Ives apricot scrub for blackheads and blemishes.....and Avon's True Pore-Fection skin cleanser this really works or use Proactive(this really, really works!!)Good Luck Gurl!
Mix three tablespoons of honey with a tsp of ground cinamon. Keep using this every night *it will get sticky so you might want to stay awake for a few hrs, for two weeks. The toothpaste thing does work for a quick skin (I've done it many times) but it ends up drying out your skin and you have to scrub hard to get it off, making the area red.
iQ Clear Remedy. I had pretty bad acne for years %26amp; tried perscription pills, expensive cleaners, and Proactiv %26amp; had no success. A friend then introduced me to a new product called Clear Remedy %26amp; it is amazing!!!

They let me try it free for a month before I decided to buy it. Check them out at www.iqderma.com
Use a mild Glycolic Acid, much like a chemical peel. Distilled water and 20% as a wipe after washing your face. 5 minutes later, neutralize the peel and add a light moisturizer. Works like a charm.
im 13 too and i get zits all the time what i do is use clean and clear or when i run out i use toothpaste try not to pop it, it will leave a mark on your skin i've tried it and im not happy that i did it
hay I just terned fourteen and I brake out all the time.

I have a face wash cream called PanOxyl, it comes in a box. It looks like a sun block sqwes bottel. try it . it works for me.
I used many products that made my face break out. like oxy. the esiest way would have to be toothpast. it dries it up and in one night you can tell that it has workd.
