Those are cysts or nodes. Don't pop them! You really can't get rid of them as easily as normal acne. I've heard that cyst like pimples form when you have a lot of stress or when you eat a high fat/sugar diet and little to no water. If those are your eating habits try changing them and that would prevent cysts and nodes. Otherwise you can go to a derm and get a cortisone injection to lessen the swelling. OR let them go away on their own, it takes a while but it's the cheapest solution!
