How do i get rid of sweat zits?

I sweat alot and my fore head gets a billion sweat zits. What can i do?How do i get rid of sweat zits?
Wash Wash Wash - use an astringent and you can do this 3 or 4 times a day. Keep your face very clean and dry!!
