i have really greasy skin.and i want to get rid of them without cleansers cause i have sensitive skin.How do you get rid of zits without using expensive cleaners?

try puting ice on it, it will prevent swelling.
well, my acne was hormonal --I was doing everything to get rid of it and now I'm on Doryx (antibiotic), Tazorac in the night (cream) and Duac (benzoyl) in the morning and the oil has just like disappeared...literally, woke up one morning, absolutely no oil on my face b/c of this antibiotic and no more pimples...only bad thing is that doryx is an antibiotic and can become ineffective b/c the bacteria get immune to it and come back again.
