Zits?!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?

i have a few zits on my cheeks

im 15, and well i notice i break out alot..

is there any tips on how i can treat my zits, and prevent my break outs?Zits?!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?
Pimples can be in relation to your diet, the level of stress in your life, what time of the month it is, and how clean you keep your hands and face. Bacteria is very easy to spread so keeping your hands clean is always a good idea. Making sure you wash your face, even just with warm water, every morning and night can minimise break outs. There are also a great variety of pimple medication, even if you dont really need it, that can help your skin settle down. Also remember to drink plenty of water to keep your skin healthy.Zits?!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?
I know this is wierd. but, if you put toothpaste on them for about 10 minutes after you wash your face with just water they should go down.

I use clean and clear face washes of ALL kinds. and clean and clear moisturizers.. and my face is pretty clear!!

there are some products i am sure you have seen that are used to treat the pimples . salic acid and benzoil peroxide.

both fine.

washing your hands and face and is just as important . keep your hair washed and wash your pillows often as well .

when you wash your face use a soap that says anti bacterial. and one that rinses off well .

wash with hot water very hot put the wash cloth over your face and the pimple leave it there for a bit then cold water then hot do this over and over it opens the pore and closes it .

a sauna is good as well first shower then go it sit relax sweat then when you get out wash well .

follow the posted guidelines for the use of a sauna and enjoy .
