put toner all over your face with a cotton ball


at the end of the day...

dot pimples with cream


also drink lots of H2O like a lot


and exfoliate once a week to clear your skin of dead skin cells





i found that benzoil stuff works the best, but you have to moisturize or your skin will get all flaky





i went to the doctor cuz i had moderate acne too, and i get stuff for free cuz of my insurance





i recommend neutrogena moisturizers, toners %26amp; facial cleansers


and clean %26amp; clear for pimple spot treatment

there are alot on the market now the main one was pro-active but now they have like two more that are effective also , try a health page on google or on wkipedia there are remedys out there now that are really good for acne. you dont have to suffer anymore ,with just a small amount of money for treatment.
i have acne, and the best thing to do is leave those things alone. people aren't going to make fun of you or anything, its natural. products like that can dry out your skin. so it's best to leave them alone, and maybe see a dermatologist.
