What is the best way to get rid of zits under the skin?

there kinds big. There on my chin. I have 3 of them. Help! What is the best way to get rid of zits under the skin?
Wash your face with a mild soap like Ivory and water or just plain water. Do not pick them. If they are inflamed, you can put ice on them to reduce the pain and swelling. At bedtime, you can put a cream on them like Neosporin. They will heal in a couple of days. What is the best way to get rid of zits under the skin?
use either lime juice mixed with baking soda (might sting)

or

toothpaste

or

crushed up tylenol

wash your face thoroughly, then use the lime/baking soda paste all over your face. Rinse off with warm water and blot (DONT RUB) off the excess water with a wash cloth. If you rub your skin, you might irritate it. If you have oily skin or large pores, follow up with an astringent/ toner. If you dont want to go out and buy some, witch hazel works just the same. (dab on cotton balls and just gently rub it on your face.

With tooth paste (the white paste, but non whitening kind) or crushed up tylenol paste (2 tylenol tablets crushed up and mixed with a little bit of water to make a paste), thoroughly clean your face first, apply on zits or blackheads, leave on over night, and rinse off in the morning. Most of the time both dry up problem spots and make it less noticeable over night.

Good Luck! =]
use a face scrub to wash your face like normal then boil some water in a kettle or something and pour the water onto a washcloth wait 15-30 seconds to let it cool a bit and hold it on your zits until it gets cold then repeat the process until you have had the hot washcloth on the zits for 15 mins. then wash your face again with a acne facewash if you have it and put on a zit cream. do this every night it should be gone in about 2 days.
I get pre-zits often,

what I usually do it boil water in a big pot,

let it cool down for a few minutes,

then put my face over the pot with a towel over my head

and let the steam open my pores.

.. or you can just take a sauna.

I stay under the towel for 10-15 minutes.

Afterwards,

I exfoliate my skin,

and apply acne preventer.

(there are many different kinds)

Do that 3 times a week,

and your skin should be flawless.

Best of luck. :)
Clinique's Acne Solutions' Spot Healing Gel.

It's a mouthful, but it's a miracle worker.

Squirt a little dab on your finger and don't just blot it on but rub it into where the pimple under the skin is. It might be a little unpleasant because I know sometimes those kinds of pimples can hurt but if you rub this gel in (sometimes i do a few squirts of the gel per pimple) then it really helps prevent the pimple from coming to the surface; which is good because it's easier to hide if it doesn't become a whitehead, or a scab. Do this 2-3 times daily until the pimple goes away.

I hope this helps!

use either clean and clear or proactive. proactive is slower than clean and clear though. clean and clear gets rid of zits under the skin and so does proactive but clean and clear works faster.
