Unfortunately, there's no sure-fire way to get rid of acne completely, especially in a week. However, there are things you can do to help. I'd recommend buying a cleanser especially meant to help acne, it should have sacrylic acid or benzoyle peroxide in it. Wash your face once a day. Other than asking a dermatologist prescription medication, there's not much else you can do.
But careful- you don't want to over wash your face, this will only cause it to dry out and produce more oil and more acne.
There are many brands of cleansers, including Clean and Clear and Neutragena. I personally like Clean and Clear, but this is just a personal opinion.

get the drying lotion and put it on before bed.

ive been using clearasil face wash and its been working really well and you could use a smaller bottle that has a lottion you can put on ur indivisual zits at night
