What can you do with zits, oily sking, black heads and all that?

I don't mean cream treatments, I already do proactive, but like massaging or scrapping, I don't know.... Or perhaps some kind of home solution? Aloe? Any suggestions? What can you do with zits, oily sking, black heads and all that?
proactivWhat can you do with zits, oily sking, black heads and all that?
oil skin - no cure you can buy oil film from famous brand names.

Zits- your food intake , eat vegetable and drink water- water helps clense your system. Buy clenser from famous brand name

Black-head- if you have moeny try beauty salon they clean it all up in 3 visit.

If you have alot of pimples - its part of puperty or your diet.
Exfoliate once a week, when you get a large pimple put vinegar on it, make sure your skin is moisturized. When your skin is dry your body naturally sends a signal that it needs moisture and it gives extra that is not needed....which leads to more breakouts. Don't scrub or pick your skin, you will get scars and irritate it even more.
try taking vitamin c and drinking lots of water ... also, cardio exercise helps - you sweat out impurities
try clearasil, i use it, and it works pretty good.
exfoliation and don't use any oil products. you'd be surprised how many so called acne products contain some kind of oil. you can't strip your skin too much either because then it will produce a surplus of it's own oil and that can cause more comedones.
face wash
The best acne treatment I've used is the Zenmed Dermacleanse system. I had pretty severe acne a couple of years back, and after trying numerous treatments with little to no results, I heard of Dermacleanse. Dermacleanse is not some new product from another face-wash manufacturer, it has been sold and proven effective over almost 50 years.

Oily skin - exfoliating works best as a quick treatment. But the best preventive action is to always use plenty of hot water and soap when cleaning the skin. Using more soap helps drying your skin out, lessening the oilyness.

Check out my sources link for a lot more in-depth information on treatments you can try.
Just use a good quality soap and water, be sure to rinse thoroughly. You must also watch your diet. Less sugary, and fatty foods. Stay away from fast food and have fresh fruit instead. What you see on the outside is reflected by what you eat. It won't be long before you are beautiful again.
try using it more frequently
Use face wash!!! St. Ive's Apricot scrub is AMAzing (twice a day!) O, and don't touch your face (germs) and drink lots of water!
Your avatar looks so mad. Very intimidating.
Keep your skin as clean as possible no foundation, it doesn't really hide the problem. Food is often the problem. You have to start the old elimination diet, one food at a time to see what the allergy might be. Milk and milk products are big one and of course junk food
over night put some honey on your zit and cover it with a bandage

and for blackheads buy some nose strips they come right off you can buy them at VONS .
鈥loe Vera gel works really well :]

[make sure to get the clear one- not the green one [[has green coloring in it x[ ]] ]

鈥ub sugar on ur face to get rid of the oils; keep it on for about 3-5 min.; then rinse off [u can use cleanser if u'd like to :] ]

鈥 knoe u said no cream treatments; but i have this cleanser/mask it's amazing! i used so many things to get rid of the blackheads but this works so well :] it's called.. NEUTROGENA: CLEAR PORE Cleanser/Mask
OK..............Definitely get this. I use it all the time and works really good. It is Biore Nose Strips. They take the black heads out realy good. Also for the skin, try using Tumeric Powder mixed with water and apply it to face and massage and then rinse it off. you can find Tumeric Powder in Indian grocery stores. It is dark yellowish color.
toothpaste dries out black heads and zits. although oily skin is somthing your body makes internaly and no matter how much you take off the surface your body makes more! good luck!
use OLAY... its effective.
you should ask your derm

because mixing other meds with proactiv can make it worse
i use an advocado mask it actually they say takes a layer of dead skin off and it always leaves my skin soft. also u can use the blackhead strips too, they work really good. i no u can get them at walgreens
Here's how to get rid of it quickly and safely:

1. Don't ever pinch, squeeze or pick at a pimple. This only causes it to become more red and inflamed, and will spread the bacteria and oils that caused it in the first place, to other parts of your face! It can also lead to scars.

2. Every 30 minutes, apply an ice pack to the pimple and hold it there for about 2 minutes. This will decrease the swelling and redness and help shrink the inflammation and pain that sometimes comes along with it.

3. They don't call it concealer for nothing! Covering the pimple with a light dose of flesh-tinted concealer can help mask it when you're in a hurry. It also helps cover up that oily shine.

4. Cleanse your skin 2-3 times a day with mild, unscented soap or a specialized acne cleanser that has no harsh chemicals (such as lye). Scrub skin gently with an exfoliating pad or washcloth, but don't rub too hard, otherwise you'll sap your skin of its own natural oils, which help to repel buildup naturally.

5. Apply a cream or ointment containing benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid (many over-the-counter acne medicines contain these ingredients) to the blemish or around the entire facial area. Note that these ingredients both have a tendency to dry out skin if used too much and are not recommended if you have sensitive skin.

6. Wear oil-free makeup whenever possible. These types have less of a tendency to cause the pore buildup that results in blemishes. Remove your makeup nightly and cleanse with an acne-fighting medicine to remove dirt, oil and makeup from deep within the skin.

7. If you're in need of a quick fix, a dab of toothpaste on the affected area right before bed can help soothe irritation and reduce redness. Pressing and holding a wet tea bag or a cotton ball with a dab of lemon juice against the blemish for five minutes can also reduce swelling and redness.

If you follow these tips, chances are you'll notice a significant difference rather quickly - often within a day or two. If pimples become a recurring problem or worsen, your doctor or dermatologist can suggest a daily skin cleansing routine that will suit your skin type. Other long-term remedies, such as facial masks, diet adjustments and increasing the amount of water you drink can also help combat outbreaks.
face masks.

or anything else that will dry out your skin.
apple cider vinegar (yes, I know it smells terrible) works wonders for black heads or forming zits; just apply some liberally to the affected area before you go to bed, and it should clear up all uncomplicated acne. Another smart thing to do is use an exfoliating face was containing salicylic acid (st. ives apricot face scrub has one that is speciallized for acne prone skin); it really helps to even out skin tone, remove excess oil and slough away dead skin cells.
use an apricot or papaya facial scrub, or something thats got grainy stuff in it.

change your diet too so youre not eating anything with grease or fats in it.

drink lots of water and workout so youre sweating more, or go in a sauna. use some of those biore strips, and get a facial
I don't even wanna give you the wrong answer... leave it to the pros. I found this awesome skin care and health website. I guarantee it will help :)
Depending on your age, take the birth control pill, find the right one, and you wont even need proactive, although the blackheads, I use biore warming anti-black head cleanser, and those strip things.
Don't pick at them.

But, weekly, you can try a treatment where you put this stuff on your face, let it dry, and peel it off.

It removes dead skin cells, which prevents acne.
those nose strips work pretty well
astringent works for me, although it does dry out my face. this is ol school but toothpaste works also! My mom had me try this! I have a lot of buddies taht use proactive, too pricey for me though.
I HAVE MEXICAN FRIENDS THAT SAY THAT ZITS GO AWAY WHEN U HAVE A LOT OF SEX
