What is the best cleanser to get rid of zits?

Please anything other than proactive!! My zits are pretty small so somehow its harder for it to come off.What is the best cleanser to get rid of zits?
I think if you use something - use it twice a day follow with a toner and a cream - AM/PM


Try one of the regimes at the drug store. My son uses Clear Advantage by Arbonne (it's not that cheap) but its effective.


Also pick up an acne mask once a week and before you wash your face a few times a week take a hot wash cloth to it and then wash- (heat it in micro for double warmth) to open pores.What is the best cleanser to get rid of zits?
Try AcneFree. It's along the same lines as ProActive, but way better. I tried it, and in less then a week, I have less acne. Plus, you don't have to order it from the tv. You could just get it at Wal-Mart. One warning: it takes a while to use. About five minutes, to be more exact.
My face ever since i was in 5th grade has been covered in acne and i was born with a very oily skin. As you can imagine, its been embarrassing and i have tryed everything!!! Until this year, i found the cleanser called 'Cetaphil'. It has been working wonders for me! its amazing and you can get it at any drugstore/target/walmart etc. and its not expencive!!! its wonderful so i hope it works for you. you see i am a freshman in HS and it is working!
If you have a few boils at night, put a dab of toothpaste on it for a couple minutes. The paste dries it out. After it dries rub it off with warm water. You should wake up with no redness at all!
