I don't want to here wash your face everyday and it will go away becasue I do and it doesn't work. I would like to here an answer from a dermatoligist or someone who knows what they are talking about Thanks!Whats a way to get rid of blackheads and zits?
I know in skin salons they squeeze the blackheads. and then they cleanse the area with an astringent!Whats a way to get rid of blackheads and zits?
I find that all those who have blackheads are at their wits end. Noting seems to work.
Microdermabrasion will solve your problem.
If you find that expensive, use any OTC Glycolic acid formula available in your country. Glycolic will peel away the skin slowly and you will get rid of blackheads. Tretinoin formulas will also peel the skin away, but may cause dryness. Good for oily skin types.
Arbonne International has some great products tested by Dermatoligist. Arbonne Clear Advantage Set. My niece love the products and it cleared her face up.

Use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash SCRUB, this will give you a good deep clean! Also, you should buy those pore cleansing strips, like Biore, or I think Target has it's own brand which does the same thing. After you use the strips though, it pulls out the blackheads(which is good), but leaves your pores open(which is bad because more dirt can get in). So wash your face with cold water after so your pores shrink back. (warm water/steam opens your pores, like if you get a facial they do that first. So, cold water closes them back). Use the scrub 2-3 times a week, and a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil the rest of it. I've had some skin problems too, so I hope my advice will be helpful to you!! Good luck! Weekly Clay masks are also good if you have oily skin, to reduce oil and refresh your skin ^.~
i have been asking myself the same question!
Try any water-based lotion or cream that is acetone-free and alcohol-free with benzoyl peroxide nightly (and wash off in the morning) for 2-4 months.
Number 3 sandpaper
I recently had a facial and the gal's reccomendation was to exfoliate every other day. This has significantly reduced the number of zits %26amp; blackheads.
Another great option is a blackhead sucker outer (okay, so not the technical term). I would start out with the exfoliation though %26amp; make sure you wash your face morning and night. Do the exfoliation in the morning and you could do a mask a couple of nights a week.
It sucks cuz it's a lot of work, but it's worth it in the long run.
Best of luck.
boil water in a tea kettle. then put it in a pot(cover it with the lid) and put it on the stove for a few minutes. take the pot off the stove a place it on your table and put your face over the steaming water and put a towel over your head. it will be really hot at first. steam your face for 10-15 minutes. itll open your pores up and you can squeeze your blackheads out. sometimes the zits pus will easily come off when you wipe it with a paper towel. then wash your face and rinse with cold water to close the pores up again.
Hi I had acne for along time and I used Acne Free ( you can get it from Sams). Wash your face atleast two times a day. Also, eat all your food groups and do your best to keep your face clean.
Eat better, sleep better, drink plenty of water and wash your face more than five times a day or whenever you feel your face is getting too oily.

Two things that help out a lot:
Mary Kay costmetics has this 3 in 1 cleanser that works wonderfully.
I just started using Proactiv these past two weeks because I am curious at how it works.... seen the commercials for it so I finally broke down and bought it. I hope it works on me.
