I have zit problems on my forehead what is the best way to get rid of them? How do you get rid of zits on your forehead?
this sounds weird but trust me its medically proven.....
1) wait until the ';zit'; get white and full of pus (u know; the gooey stuff)
2) place a warm, wet rag over area
3) take a needle (sterille of course) and stick sharp end into the top of the zit
4) let puss drain and DO NOT SQEEZE!! that lets the contents sink farther into the tissue and the zit will come back
plus this does not leave any scarring ;)How do you get rid of zits on your forehead?
You need to use peppermint. This ingredient opens the pores and cleanses from the inside. Arbonne acne wash and lotion are good and they do not have any harmful chemicals.
Don't worry too much about it. If you're not making a big fuss about your acne, nobody else will either.
First of all, many home remedies for getting rid of zits do not work - but a few do. Try using apple cider vinegar and applying a dab or two onto your zits. It may sting a little, but it does get rid your zits pretty quickly!
Secondly, drink lots of water for clear and nourished skin. Don't neglect your 8 glasses a day - getting rid of your acne could depend on it!
You should also be sure to wash your face and hair regularly. Use a cleanser or scrub designed specifically for acne, and then use an exfoliating cleanser as well. Make sure your hair is kept clean too; oils from your hair could transfer into your facial skin, and oil starts your acne to begin with. This happens especially if you have bangs or leave your hair loose and hanging down frequently. This being said, avoid touching your acne when possible as well - your fingers are extremely oily! Think about everything your fingers touch; doorknobs, elevator buttons, computer keyboards...things that other people have constantly touched. So no picking at your acne please!
Don't use pore strips, either. They can produce further breakout and may not be good for your skin. Avoid popping your zits, too; it can cause acne scarring. Your zit won't last forever, but scars can last a lot longer.
Good luck!

Laurie
toothpaste...dont ask why but it actually works
use retin-a
I used the ';proactive'; system and it worked pretty good for me. But anything with the ingredient salysilic acid (sp?) should work well.
